This type of training is designed for athletes who are looking to improve their overall athleticism as well as for athletes who are new to sports performance training and want to improve their confidence. Speed training focuses on speed mechanics and mobility. Strength training focuses on developing personal strength, power, and explosiveness. Agility training focuses on footwork, change of direction, coordination, and body control. Our belief is that there is a certain set of fundamental skills that need to first be mastered before moving onto a more advanced level of training. Available as 1-on-1, semi-private, or large group sessions.
